THE DEMANDS OF JUSTICE - IS IT JUST TO HAVE THREE DIFFERENT TRIALS FOR THE SAME THREE OFFENCES?

It was our intention not to publish the following article until after DBB, BBBofC and WBC had determined their separate Inquiry’s into what took place in Munich, Germany, when Vitali Klitschko retained his WBC World heavyweight championship against Dereck Chisora. However, Counsel representing Dereck Chisora is engaged in another court case and it is not  possible at this time to set a new date.
In view of this Boxing Action has decided to publish our views.
THE DICHOTOMY BROUGHT ABOUT BY THE REPUGNANT BEHAVIOUR OF DERECK CHISORA, WHICH WAS FOLLOWED BY THE QUESTIONABLE BEHAVIOUR BY DAVID HAYE, THAT TOOK PLACE AFTER  DERECK CHISORA’S  LOSING FIGHT AGAINST WBC WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION VITALI KLITSCHKO, IS A SUPREME TEST FOR ALL BOXING AUTHORITIES.
